General

Our approach can broadly be subdivided into three working methods: training, coaching and teamsession.

Organizational advice means planning ahead in the area of positioning, marketing, organizational set-up, strategy etc.

We merely focus on patterns and behaviour of the organization. We analyse, assess and adjust (if needed).

Brainstorm sessions

In general, these compact half-day brainstorm sessions focus on the organization and/or personal issues. We will determine the amount of subjects and start an in-depth analysis immediately.

Intervision

Learning from each other is a highly effective way of developing. Bringing in and discussing a practical case with others will add more depth. We look at the case from different angles, to fully use the group’s brainpower.

Teambuilding sessions

These team (often management/board) sessions are often intensive. We will create an atmosphere in which people will feel free to start a dialogue or debate. Not only is it our aim to make this team stronger, but we also take enough time to discuss strategic issues.
